While women have been ruling pop music for a while, but it seems like 2024 is about to hit different. Since last year, a wave of women artists have been ruling the charts and ultimately, the last Grammys, and likely the next too. Now, with a number of incredible, thoughtful, and fun new albums in 2023 + 2024, smash live performances (from Coachella to Bonaroo to world tours), and all the top pop chart slots heading into summer.   • Billie Eilish: “Hit me hard and soft”, following the success of the Oscar-nominated track "What Was I Made For?" from the Barbie film, two Oscars, and multiple Grammys, this album is perhaps her best yet. Watch her new music video

  • Chappell Roan: “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess“ dropped in late 2023, and has gained major momentum.   • Sabrina Carpenter: Currently at both #1 'Please Please Please’ and #2 'Espresso' on the pop charts (she replaced herself), her album “Short n' Sweet” will release in August. Her latest video co-stars her boyfriend, actor Berry Keoghan. Watch her new music video

  • Olivia Rodrigo: Grammy winner is currently on her GUTS tour, after releasing her excellent second album “Guts”, banging out pop-rock anthems. Watch her latest music video

  • Charlie xcx: “Brat”, her sixth studio album is currently burning up the charts. Watch her new music video

  • Dua Lipa: She had a huge last year with “Dance the Night” from the Barbie soundtrack, and now she’s gearing up to release a new untitled album late this year, she’s already released the singles “Houdini” and “Training Season.” Watch her latest music video

  • Nomani: “Dopamine”, her first solo album after leaving Fifth Harmony

  • Sza: SZA is hot off a year that included the number one album SOS and nine Grammy nominations, but is hard at work getting ready to release a new deluxe album “Lana”

  • Tyla: “Tyla”, her debut album after winning the inaugural Grammy Award for Best African Music Performance for her song "Water”

  • Beyoncé: “Cowboy Carter” is Act II country-inspired following up 2022’s Act I: Renaissance, just wrapped her highest-grossing tour ever

  • Taylor Swift: “Tortured Poets Department”, not as strong as her Grammy-winning “Midnights” album from last year but still chart topping, currently on her record breaking world tour

  • Shakira: “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran”, her first studio album in 7 years

  • Selena Gomez: Delayed, but she said that her third studio album would be coming out later this year after releasing an initial single

  • Megan Thee Stallion: Currently on her The Hot Girl Summer tour, she got her first unaccompanied Billboard number one hit with “Hiss,” and she says she’s working on a new album

  • Cardi B: She is still planning to release her sophomore album later this year

  • FKA Twigs: No details yet except to expect an techno album this Fall

  • Victoria Monet: Last year her full-length debut, “Jaguar II” won for best R&B album

  • Raye: She has been teasing her forthcoming second studio album, and released her new 7-minute song “Genesis”

  • Sia: “Reasonable Woman”, her first regular album since 2016

  • Kesha: No details yet, but she has been teasing new music on IG

  • Haim: Only stated that the new album would be “hopefully” coming soon

  • Boy Genius: Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus earned six Grammy nods last year for their debut studio album, “The Record”

  • Lorde: She has been teasing her 4th album, but still no updates

  • Doja Cat: Confirmed that she’s working on a deluxe version of her latest album “Scarlet”

  • Katy Perry: She has been performing at her Vegas residency, but her her 7th studio album is coming, with a few single drops already (but is getting dragged on TikTok right now about her latest track ‘Woman's World’)
