First up because it is certainly the most noticeable, it’s large structure sticks out in Williamsburg and is often met with some confusion – “What is that!?” This 21-story mixed-use building offers retail, offices and hotel space with sweeping views on the pool and garden deck. Located on Wythe Avenue and North 12th Street, just up the street from the popular Wythe Hotel, this place is definitely worth checkin gout but it will cost you! Open now:  thewilliamvale.com

This will be the Williamsburg branch of the London-based brand, also located on Wythe. Once labeled the “no BS” hotel, it should fit in perfectly with Williamsburg. The Perkins Eastman-designed building will stand nine stories tall, and have 50k SF of commercial space. Opening in 2017 thehoxton.com/about

The Williamsburg Hotel
