I'm Starting A New Adventure In London!

Thank you for following along with my adventures in travel, culture, & work here through cities I have lived in including New York, Los Angeles, Vancouver & more. Now I am excited for a big new chapter abroad...

I am thrilled to share that I am moving to one of my favorite cities - London - and rejoining the Four Seasons family as the UK Collection Senior Communications Director for Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Four Seasons London at Ten Trinity Square and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. These legendary properties are spectacular, I know them well, and can’t wait to share them with you! It’s a dream gig for this American-Canadian Anglophile with an English Lit degree and roots, who enjoys annual holiday trips to England and has a penchant for UK literature, television, music & more.

A little intro if you are new here: Aside from communications & marketing roles in media, advertising & hospitality, I am a storyteller who has written and created content on travel & culture for a number of publications - including Vogue, Condé Nast Traveler, The New Yorker, New York Magazine, Forbes, Skift - and wrote a children’s book “To Be We: The adventures of Owen & Lucy” starring my beloved niece and nephew. I write a monthly newsletter, casually blog at Travel Oracles, occasionally host podcast & tv segments, am film/photography obsessed, and have a keen interest in history, global diplomacy and international women‘s rights issues.

Life has certainly changed much for us all this year, I am grateful & very much looking forward to a new chapter. I look forward to bringing you stories, images, places & people from across the pond. Cheers, Carrie
