Festivals Around The World

Whether festivals are related to music, art, film, tech, yoga, spiritual or cultural themes, there is certainly no end to opportunities to explore something new, somewhere new. This is a nearly impossible list to put together since there are thousands of  festivals, big and small, that cover all manner of topics. Especially as we enter spring, and gear up for summer, these festivals can add so much more cultural richness to your trip (*Revisit prior post on the summer I covered 7 arts festivals across Canada in partnership with The New Yorker and Canada Tourism, still one of my favorite travel experiences ever!)

So consider this a starter list – some international, some local – to get you started (They appear here in Calendar year order)
